Tabouli Salad




1 cup chopped parsley
2 chopped tomatoes
small amount of chopped green onion
fresh mint
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup bulgar

Soak bulgar in water for 10 minutes and then drain. Mix all the ingredients and serve with Romain lettuce leaves.
